Frequently Asked Questions

The minimum age to book a kayak adventure tour with us is 9 years. 

All quests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on the tour

No experience is required to book a tour with us. 

All guests will be supported by our friendly tour guides.

We suggest all guest to wear comfortable clothing that they are happy to get a little wet! 

Sun protection is also very strongly encouraged (i.e. sunscreen, hats, sunglasses etc)

We have a small waterproof bag in each kayak for guests to store personal belongings such as keys, small cameras, phone etc. 

All belongings are the responsibility of the guest.

Safety for guests is our number one priority, so we won’t take guests out in unsafe conditions. 

If a tour is required to be cancelled due to weather, you will be given the option of full refund or reschedule to another date. 

Location of the tour may change due to conditions. 

Notification of cancellation / changes will be emailed and text messaged to the email address and mobile phone number provided at time of booking.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. 

The maximum weight for guests is 110kg

You will see us set up at 161A Bowman st, Swansea. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour time for safety briefing and like jacket fitting . More information will be sent at time of booking at 24 hours prior.
